A inovação habilita as organizações a investirem em processos ou produtos que possibilitem o aumento da vantagem competitiva perante mercado. Desta forma, presente pesquisa objetiva realizar um mapeamento bibliométrico produção científica sobre tema Innovation Exploitation (inovação incremental) e Exploration radical) com foco nos artigos científicos publicados periódicos das áreas de negócios, administração, contabilidade economia. Contudo, foi realizada uma análise bibliométrica publicações indexadas na base dados Scopus referente ao período abrange 1995 2022, operacionalizada auxílio do software Biblioshiny RStudio. busca efetuada pelas palavras-chave "Innovation Exploitation", Exploration" Ambidexterity", campos título, resumo palavra-chave. Após os filtragem, amostra final compreendeu 746 científicos. Os resultados desta apresentam evolução passar dos anos. Portanto, este estudo pode servir ponto partida pesquisas futuras, interessados pelo tema.
